Made from Traditional French Flour sourced from three regions in the South West of France. With three decorative cuts and the inclusions of raisins, cinnamon and hazelnuts.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, 6% raisins (raisins, rapeseed oil), HAZELNUTS 5%, sugar, table salt, yeast, cinnamon, caramelized sugar syrup, anti-caking agent E422, WHEAT gluten (GLUTEN), WHEAT malt flour (GLUTEN), invert sugar syrup.

Preparation Guidelines - Bake for 8 minutes at 210°C. The baking time depends of the favourite browning and the oven.
