Preparation Guidelines - Keep Frozen -180C. Remove individual portion and allow to thaw in the fridge (+1 C to +5 C) for
aproximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and conusme within 72hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf Life - 72hours refrigerated
