Ingredients - WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin) Water, Sugar, Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Palm and Rapeseed), Linseeds, SESAME SEEDS, Salt, Emulsifiers (E472e Mono- and di-acetyitartaric acidesters of mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, E471 Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), Preservative (E282 Calcium Propionate ), Flour Treatment Agent (E300 Ascorbic Acid).

Preparation Guidelines - To defrost: Remove the required number of packs from the box and lie flat. Allow to defrost at room temperature for approx. 1 hour. Once defrosted store in a cool, dry place in a sealed bag and use within 4 days.
