Preparation Guidelines - Defrost thoroughly at 0 - 5°C for approximately 8 hours before use. Once defrosted, Keep refrigerated (0 - 5°C) & use within 4 days. microwave for 1 min at 250˚C / Pre-heat the oven to 180˚C/350˚F/Gas Mark 4, place the product in the oven on an oven proof tray for 10 minutes, or until product is crisp and completely heated through, then serve. Not suitable for refreezing

Shelf Life - Eat immediately after reheating, after defrosting 4 days stored in the refrigerator (0-5°C)
