Terms & Conditions: Delice de France survey prize draws

1. The promoter is Delice de France Ltd, registered office at 149 Brent Rd, Southall UB2 5LJ ("Promoter").

2. The prize draws

2.1. These terms apply to the following four surveys:

• WebShop & Ordering Survey
• WebShop Survey
• Understanding our long-term customers
• We've not heard from you for a while

3. Eligibility

3.1. The prize draws are open to existing or lapsed business customers of Delice de France based in the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
3.2. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are excluded from entry.
3.3. Only one entry per business account/customer is permitted per survey. In the event of multiple entries, only the first person from that business will be eligible for the prize draw.

4. How to enter

4.1. To enter, participants must fully complete the relevant online survey and provide their contact details as prompted before the closing date.

4.2. Closing Date: 23:59 on 30th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.

5. The prizes

5.1. There is a total of one (1) prize available across the entire promotion. The prize consists of 1 x £250 Delice de France account credit, to be awarded to a single winner drawn from the combined pool of all four surveys.

5.2. Account credit: Must be applied to an active Delice de France account and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5.3. Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner selection & notification
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from the single, combined pool of all eligible entrants across all four surveys listed in clause 2.1. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days of the closing date.
6.2. Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the details provided during the survey.
6.3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Data protection
7.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy and as specified on the individual surveys. By entering, you consent to the Promoter using your details for this purpose.

8. General
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this, the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@ddf.co.uk within one month of the closing date
8.4 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
8.5 Any tax liability arising from the receipt of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
