Ingredients - sugar, semi skimmed MILK, water, WHEAT flour, barn EGGS, 8,5% Old Rum Negrita®, whole MILK powder, 0,5% natural bourbon vanilla flavour, extruded vanilla pods.

Preparation Guidelines - preheat oven to 220°C and reheat canelé for 10-15 min at 200-220°C. Allow to cool before eating, so that the product regains its crispness.
