Ingredients - WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, WHEAT sourdough ((WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT GLUTEN, malted WHEAT flour) (GLUTEN), RYE flour (GLUTEN), salt, devitalized WHEAT sourdough (GLUTEN), Roasted malted BARLEY flour (GLUTEN), yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), acids: lactic acid and acetic acid.

Preparation Guidelines - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the frozen product in the oven, inject steam and bake for 12-16 min at 190 °C (fan assist oven) or bake for 20-25 min 230-240 °C (normal oven). This is for guidance only. Appliances may vary.
