Multi layered classic - sponge soaked in coffee syrup, dark chocolate ganache, buttercream, topped with dark chocolate glaze and finished off with coffee buttercream.

Ingredients - sugar, water, free range EGG white, dark chocolate (11.2%)(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), butter (MILK), dark chocolate 70%(6.8%)(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), WHEAT flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), MILK, free range EGG yolk, ground ALMOND, whipping cream (MILK, stabiliser: carrageenan, emulsifier: E472b), vegetable oil, coffee extract(0.8%)(coffee, water, sugar), coffee granules(0.7%), cocoa powder, gold powder (colour carrier: E555, colours: E172, E170i, anticaking agent: E551), roasted cocoa nibs

Preparation Guidelines - Keep Frozen -180C. Remove individual portion and allow to thaw in the fridge (+1 C to +5 C) for aproximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and conusme within 72hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
