The delicious pastry is made with a recipe that is rich in butter for a soft texture and an indulgent taste. its soft centre is generously filled with naturally sweet raisins steeped in creamy confectioners custard. Replacement for Product Code 25104.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, fine butter (MILK) 14%, raisins 13%, sugar, yeast, EGGS, modified starch, WHEAT gluten, salt, whey powder (MILK), Stabilisers (calcium acetate, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate), emulsifier (rape lecithin), skimmed MILK powder, carrot extract, turmeric extract, paprika extract, flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid, hemicellulases, alpha-amylases), natural flavouring.

Preparation Guidelines - Before baking : Proving directly 2h15-2h30 at 27-28°C, humidity 70-80% or Controlled proving 1h45-2h at 27-28°C, humidity 70-80%, Drying 10 min and Glaze the products. After proving and drying, glaze the product and baked à 165-170°C in a preaheated oven
