Ingredients - Dough 60,9% (WHEAT flour, Butter (MILK) 23%, water, invert sugar syrup, yeast, EGGS, salt, WHEAT gluten, enzymes (amylases, hemicellulases), flour treatment agent (E300)), Pastry cream 26,4% (water, sugar, modified starch, whole MILK powder, powdered whey(MILK), skimmed MILK powder, stabilizers (E263, E450iii, E339ii), colour (E160aii), flavouring), Raisins 12,7%, EGG wash (EGGS, water)

Preparation Guidelines - For a better result , defreeze the products approximately 20 mn. TRAY ARRANGEMENT(600 x 400): 11 items . Eventhough products are already glazed, you will obtain a better result if you glaze them again with whole EGGS. BAKING (with the humidity ventilation system opened) Pre-heat the oven to 165/170 °C and bake for about 16 / 18 minutes. Nota: Each oven has its own characteristics. We suggest you record all parameters giving the best results baking with your equipment.
