Preparation Guidelines - Tray arrangement (600 x 400) 12 items laid out diagonally. The tip of the croissant should be turned down to prevent it from moving when baking. Defrosting approximately 20 min at room temperature Baking (in ventilated oven) approximately 16 min at 165°C
