Made from Traditional French Flour sourced from three regions in the South West of France, using our bespoke five day sourdough levain, which produces bread with a more golden crumb and a mellow sourdough flavour. The addition of malt gives a traditional taste and flavour. With a light flour dusting, with four decorative cuts. Replacement for Product Code 826069.

Preparation Guidelines - Bake for 10 minutes at 210°C. The baking time depends of the favourite browning and the oven.
