This Farmhouse baguette is made with sourdough and carefully selected raw materials, the baguette is pre-cooked on a stone oven to give it a golden, lightly floured and crispy crust for extra flavour.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, RYE Flour (6.5%), yeast, salt, devitalised RYE sourdough, extract of malt BARLEY, sugar syrup, malted BARLEY flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, deactivated yeast.

Preparation Guidelines - Place in a pre-heated oven at 200-220°C, bake for 9-14 minutes until toasted colour. Wait several minutes before eating.
