A mini croque monsieur, filled with cheddar cheese, bacon and topped with bechamel sauce. Perfectly served as part of an afternoon tea or canape reception.

Ingredients - 33% cheddar cheese (pasteurised MILK, salt, MILK ferments, coagulating enzymes, colouring E160 b, potato starch), semi skimmed MILK, WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent E300), bacon 13,2% (pork, salt, dextrose, saccharose, spices, smoke flavouring, preservatives (E250, E252)), water, butter (MILK), yeast, salt, pepper.

Preparation Guidelines - Baking for 10 - 15 minutes at 180˚C with roating heat or 200˚C with a traditional oven. After cooking, the products can be kept 24 hours between 0 - 4˚C.
