Unbaked lattice puff pastry filled with a sweet mincemeat filling containing brandy and pastry topped with sugar crystals. Ready to bake. Christmas - Xmas range

Ingredients - WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed, Sunflower), Apple (8%), Sultanas (7%), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Currants (2.5%), Modified Maize Starch, Mixed Spices (Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Nutmeg), Orange Peel, Brandy (0.3%), Salt, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Preservatives (Acetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Lemon Peel, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Vinegar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Agar), Colour (Natural Carotene). May also contain egg, milk, soya and other cereals containing gluten.

Preparation Guidelines - Place pastry on a baking tray 3cm apart in a preheated oven. Bake at 190°C for 16-18 mins. Ensure product is thoroughly baked.
