Light textured oval panini bread topped with flax & sesame seeds. Add a filling of your choice and cook in a panini grill.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, SESAME seeds 5%, rapeseed oil, yeast, flax-seeds 1%, pregenatilazed WHEAT flour, iodised salt, RYE flour.

Preparation Guidelines - Leave to thaw at room temperature for 20-25 minutes. Carefully slice, then fill with desired filling. Place into Panini grill and bake for 5-7 minutes or until desired colour is reached.
