A Ciabatta Roll with the classic combination of Tomato & Basil that gives an iconic Mediterranean flavour profile.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, rapeseed oil, dehydrated tomato 1%, salt, yeast, pepper, WHEAT GLUTEN, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), beetroot powder, oregano, thyme, basil 0.05%, emulsifier: E472e, flour treatment agent: E300.

Preparation Guidelines - reheat the oven to 230°C. Put the frozen product in the oven, inject steam and bake for 4 to 6 min at 210 °C (fan assisted oven) or bake for 5 to 8 min 230-240 °C (normal oven). This is for guidance only. Appliances may vary.
