An intensely dense & dark gourmet bread which undergoes a long fermentation. Made with 38% rye, caraway, dark rye, wholemeal and malt flour. This bread will last for 5-7 days once baked

Ingredients - RYE and WHEAT flour 53%, water, sugar, RYE malt, iodised salt, yeast, caraway seed.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost at room temperature for 240-300 min. Bake 10-12 min. at 200°C, steam 5-10. Product shelf life after baking at room temperature 72 hours.
