Created from pure malted wheat flour, finely ground and sieved for its mild flavour, the d'Antan is then shaped by hand and stone baked to produce a truly special bread.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost +/- 10 minutes. Bake 8-9 minutes at 200°C You can use it 12 hours after baking.
