Created from pure white wheat flour, finely ground and sieved for its mild flavour, the d'Antan is then shaped by hand and stone baked to produce a truly special bread.

Preparation Guidelines - Baking instructions: defrost +/- 10 minutes; Preheat the oven at 230 °C. Bake at 200 °C 8 - 10 minutes, depending on type of oven. You can use it 12 hours after baking.
