Inspired by the classic Vietnamese drink, this coffee flavoured cake is finished with smooth condensed milk frosting and delicately decorated with coffee swirls. Rich yet balanced, it is best served alongside a freshly brewed coffee to enhance the flavour experience. Pre portioned into 18 portions, this cake is ideal for foodservice and hospitality settings.
