Our Lemon and Blueberry cake shows there’s more to citrus cakes than drizzle. It is the lightest lemon sponge, packed with whole, fresh blueberries, layered with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd, all finished off with vanilla buttercream and a lemon-curd swirl.
