Ingredients - dough (WHEAT flour, BUTTER 21 %, water, sugar, EGG mass, WHEAT sourdough (water, WHEAT flour), yeast, whole MILK powder, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), cocoa powder, WHEAT gluten, fat-reduced cocoa powder, chocolate powder 0,2 % (cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar), pregelatinized WHEAT flour, LACTOSE, EGG white powder, emulsifiers E472e and E322, flour treatment agent E300, flavourings), chocolate-flavoured filling 20 % (sugar, vegetable oils - sunflower and palm, fat-reduced cocoa powder 10 %, modified potato starch, emulsifier E322, HAZELNUT paste, flavourings. Contain GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS, HAZELNUT. May contain ALMONDS, PECAN NUTS, SOYA, SESAME products.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost at room temperature for 50-60 min, preheat oven to 200 °C. Bake 17-20 min. at 170-180 °C. Before baking supply steam for 4-6 s.
