Made from Traditional French Flour sourced from three regions in the South West of France, using our bespoke five day sourdough levain, which produces bread with a more golden crumb and a mellow sourdough flavour. With a light flour dusting, with three decorative cuts. Replacement for Product Code 826076B.

Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, wheat sourdough (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT gluten, malted WHEAT flour), RYE flour, salt, yeast, WHEAT gluten, malted WHEAT flour.

Preparation Guidelines - Bake for 25 minutes at 210°C with steam. The baking time depends of the favourite browning and the oven.
