Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, RYE flour, grain mixture 9,6% (malted RYE flour, coarsely ground RYE, flax-seeds, coarsely ground WHEAT, malted BARLEY flour), iodised salt,yeast, RYE sourdough (RYE flour, water, RYE sourdough) , sunflowers 1 %, SESAME seeds 0,7 %, flax-seeds 0,7%, sugar, vegetable oils - palm and rapeseed, WHEAT gluten, dextrose, emulsifiers E472e, E322 and E471, acidity regulators E260 and E330, skimmed MILK powder, antioxidant E300, salt, flavouring.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost at room temperature for 60 min. Bake 10-12 min. at 200°C, steam 5-10. Product shelf life after baking at room temperature 72 hours.
