Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, OAT flakes, BARLEY groats, millet, corn semolina, linseed, sunflower grains, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), WHEAT GLUTEN, OAT grits, WHEAT malt flour, SESAME, yeast, RYE flour, BARLEY malt extract,sugar, coarse RYE grains, WHEAT flakes, WHEAT bran, roasted BARLEY malt flour, spice (MUSTARD), thickener (E412), flour treating agent (E 300).

Preparation Guidelines - Preheat the stove at 190°C. Take the products out of the packing and bake them for about 35 minutes. Do not refreeze once thawed!
